Paul Kalemba is an award winning first generation Australian artist. Their broad and inquisitive multidisciplinary practice ranges from painting, photography and video, to assemblage, public sculpture and intervention, and often centers on collaborative processes.
Paul's practice responds to nature, objects and place, while fostering a sense of transcendence and the ethereal. It is inspired by the intersection of phenomena, myth, and natural science, with ecology and stories of place. Paul's painting and public artworks are represented in public, institutional and private collections in Australia and internationally.
